White Linen: a fresh and elegant cocktail
A light and very refreshing cocktail.
The producers being honored:
For this recipe, you'll find two must-haves from the Villé Valley:
- Expiation Gin Distilled by the Guth Brewery in Saint-Maurice.
- Elderflower liqueur from the Nusbaumer Distillery in Steige.
Ingredients (1 glass)
- 4,5 cl of Atonement Distilled Gin
- 1,5 cl of elderflower liqueur
- 2,25 cl lime juice
- 1 cl of cane syrup
- 4 cucumber slices
- 6 cl of sparkling water
- Ice cubes
Prepare in advance
- Place the cucumber slices in a shaker and gently crush them using a muddler.
- Add the gin, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, cane syrup and a few ice cubes.
- Shake vigorously for about ten seconds.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes and then strain the mixture.
- Top up with sparkling water.
- Garnish with a slice of cucumber.
La Jacqueline: the Alsatian aperitif revisited
A simple, fruity and sparkling recipe that showcases the wines of Albé.

Choose a Gewurztraminer from among the winemakers of Albé:

For the syrup, choose a strawberry syrup:
- Josephine's Delights in Bassemberg
- Climont Jams in Maisonsgoutte
Ingredients (1 glass)
- 8 cl of Gewurztraminer
- 2 cl of strawberry syrup
- 5 cl of lemonade
- Ice cubes
Prepare in advance
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
- Pour in the strawberry syrup.
- Add the Gewurztraminer.
- Top it off with lemonade.
- Mix gently before enjoying.
For a shareable version
- 70 cl of Gewurztraminer
- 20 cl of lemonade
- 10 cl of strawberry syrup
Pour all the ingredients into a large bowl or a pitcher filled with ice cubes, mix gently and then serve immediately.
The Sparkling Orchard (alcohol-free)
A gourmet mocktail that showcases Laura's delicious apple juices, perfect for the whole family.
The producer being honored
Laura's apple juice, made from local apples, brings a lovely freshness and an authentic taste.
Ingredients (1 glass)
- 12 cl of Laura's apple juice
- 2 cl of lemon juice
- 1 cl of honey syrup (or elderflower syrup)
- 6 cl of sparkling water
- A few mint leaves
- Ice cubes
- A few thin slices of apple for decoration
Prepare in advance
- Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Pour in the apple juice, lemon juice and syrup.
- Mix gently.
- Top up with sparkling water.
- Add a few mint leaves and a thin slice of apple.
