Ingredients for 4 persons :
- 300 g strawberries
- 50 cl of chilled crémant from one of the winemakers of Albé
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- Yellow lemon juice
Instructions:
Start by blending half the strawberries with the sugar and a little lemon juice, to taste. Divide this strawberry puree among 4 large glasses (ideally chilled with ice cubes, which should then be discarded).
Cut the remaining strawberries into quarters. Pour the chilled sparkling wine into glasses (about 12 cl per glass). Add a few ice cubes and the strawberry pieces.
If you enjoy aromatic herbs, feel free to add basil, mint or thyme.

Domaine Moritz Prado
Founded in 2018, Maison Moritz Prado is a young estate born from the unique journey of Ghislain Moritz and Angela Prado, who bring with them a wealth of winemaking experience from around the world. Their winemaking is precise and natural (using indigenous yeasts), and they utilize a variety of containers: stainless steel, barrels, and amphorae. They chose Albé as the location for their own estate. A Crémant from Moritz Prado is a guaranteed delightful discovery.
Thomas Klein Estate
Founded in 2015 by a father-son duo, this young estate cultivates 9 hectares of vines on schist soils. Their sparkling wines are fruity and perfect for enjoying with friends and family. Since 2020, the estate has held the High Environmental Value (HVE) certification.
