You've probably already noticed, but the bakery in the market square has changed owners.
Today you are welcomed by Mr. and Mrs. Snyder, Ludmila and Olivier.
Ludmila, who greets you with a big smile, visible even behind her mask, is originally from Latvia. Olivier, who works in the bakery, comes from a village a little closer to our valley and has a much more local-sounding name, as he hails from Westtoffen.
Ludmila and Olivier have been bakers since they were 16. Their experience is evident in the products they offer.
We asked them why they chose the Villé Valley to take over a bakery and they replied: "Because the Villé Valley is a very beautiful place and the people are friendly and kind.
The Snyder bakery team consists of Olivier, Ludmila, Maxime, Damien and, faithful to the post, Nathalie.
The house specialty: the Yeti!
It's a strawberry mousse with kiwi coulis, all expertly mixed with puffed rice.
There's also: Pralinka!
It's a chocolate-praline and hazelnut mousse.
You will also find onion pie, pretzels, Lorraine pâtés and a wide selection of sandwiches.
Ludmila does not offer Latvian specialties but rather German specialties.
The bakery couple is very happy with their new setup, which went very smoothly. Ludmila and Olivier are open to all suggestions and, above all, attentive to their customers.

Monday to Friday: 06:00am-13:30pm / 15:00pm-18:30pm
Saturday: 06:00am-18:30pm.
