Wellness retreat, yoga, hiking and meditation weekend in Alsace

Welcome to Alsace, in the Vosges mountains for a relaxing weekend and a chance to unwind in bed and breakfast accommodation with full board.

A weekend retreat in small groups of 3 to 5 people, fostering trust and tranquility. Your stay includes locally sourced organic and vegetarian meals, comfortable single room accommodation, and relaxing activities (yoga, meditation, and easy hikes are included!). This retreat and its activities are suitable for beginners.

You will be accommodated in a single room at Chemin de Résilience, a bed and breakfast. Your weekend includes full board. Chemin de Résilience is located in an eco-friendly house with four bedrooms, a permaculture garden, and direct access to the forest. Throughout your stay, you will be immersed in a natural, feng shui atmosphere, allowing you to recharge. For your well-being, Emilie will guide you throughout the weekend with activities that will offer a gradual path towards relaxation and letting go.

Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by your host and Mother Nature, who will invite you on a discovery hike through the surrounding meadows and forest. Part of this walk will be undertaken mindfully, in a meditative manner, allowing you to set aside all your problems and worries for a moment. An initial energy harmonization exercise will be shared. Afterwards, you will enjoy a trendy organic, local, and vegetarian meal (an evening picnic and hike followed by a sunset at Urbeis Castle is possible during the summer months).
The following day, you will be invited to share a half-day of silence, in the spirit of a meditative retreat. This external silence will facilitate access to a greater sense of calm within ourselves. Before breakfast, you will share an initial meditation and a few yoga movements to gently awaken the body. Breakfast is served on the terrace in summer. Your morning will then continue with a very gentle meditative yoga session. This yoga is accessible to all ages and all levels of practice. No flexibility or contortion is required. In the afternoon, immerse yourself in nature with a beautiful hike to the Fairy Rock, punctuated by meditation and a little yoga to remain in the present moment and take advantage of this weekend to discover simple practices that allow you to release mental and physical tension.
Sunday will feature a delicious and complete brunch, preceded by meditation and a full yoga session where gentleness will once again be the focus. This yoga allows for deep relaxation and includes breathing exercises that promote heart coherence.
After brunch, you can enjoy a massage for an even deeper moment of well-being.
You will end this wellness weekend with a hike for a final moment of shared relaxation in nature, followed by a review of the internship where everyone will be free to share their experience and impressions.
