Hans's bakery

Chez Hans bakery offers breads made from ancient Alsatian grains and natural sourdough. The breads are kneaded by hand and baked in a wood-fired oven. The selection is quite extensive and varies with the seasons: hemp bread, mustard bread, emmer bread, and red wheat bread are offered depending on the baker's inspiration.

Hans also offers pastries, made with ingredients from the valley, using only butter and handmade, including fillings and pastry cream.

Regional products and several local beers are also available in the small grocery store.

All products are certified organic by FR-BIO-15.
