Nusbaumer craft distillery

Founded in 1947, the independent Nusbaumer artisanal distillery is located in Steige in the Villé Valley, the cradle of distillation in Alsace. Our specialty is the distillation of eaux-de-vie and the production of fruit and herbal liqueurs. For the past few years, we have been exploring new avenues in our expertise with the introduction of gin and whisky. We offer around fifty products, which can be discovered in our shop. As a testament to our commitment to craftsmanship, we have been awarded the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company) label.
Our store is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm & 14pm to 18pm, and Saturday from 9:30am to 12:30pm & 14pm to 18pm, where you can taste all of our products.

With nearly 80 years of experience, we would be delighted to share our expertise with you by opening our doors. You will be accompanied by a member of the distillery team who will explain the entire process of making eaux-de-vie, liqueurs, and creams during a guided tour of approximately one hour.
