Geocaching Trail - A Story of Time

Discover the mining past of the Villé Valley with the geocaching trail "A Story Through Time." This 4,2 km route through the Urbeis mountains immerses you in the history of the mines and the evolution of the landscape shaped by human hands over the centuries. The trail is marked with small signs depicting miners' tools, guiding you through 12 caches plus a bonus cache.
After cache #9, take a detour to explore Bilstein Castle, dating back to the 13th century, with an 800-meter aerial walkway. Don't forget to collect the clues in each box to solve the bonus cache.
Geocaching, a hobby combining adventure and technology, invites you to use your smartphone and GPS to discover hidden objects. Each cache, whether in nature or in the city, may contain a logbook where you can record your visit. Some caches even offer puzzles to spice up the exploration.
