Unclassifiable Let go weekend in Alsace in B&B, full board
Welcome to Alsace, in the Vosges mountains, for a weekend of relaxation and letting go, with bed and breakfast and full board.
A weekend in small groups of 3 to 5 people, promoting confidence and calm. Meals, accommodation in single rooms and relaxation activities (yoga meditation and easy hiking are included! ).

You'll be staying in a single room on the Chemin de Résilience, in a bed and breakfast. Your weekend includes full board. Chemin de résilience is an ecological house with 4 bedrooms, a permaculture garden and direct access to the forest. Throughout your stay, you'll be immersed in a natural, feng shui atmosphere to recharge your batteries. For your well-being, Emilie will accompany you throughout the weekend in activities that will offer a gradual path towards a state of relaxation and letting go.
As soon as you arrive, you'll be warmly welcomed by your host and Mother Nature, who will open her doors to you for a discovery hike through the surrounding meadows and forest. Part of this walk will be meditative, allowing you to put aside for a moment all your problems and worries. You'll then share a trendy organic, local and vegetarian meal (evening picnic and hike + sunset at Château d'Urbeis possible in summer)
The following day, you'll be invited to share a half-day of silence, in the spirit of a meditative retreat. This external silence will facilitate access to that space of greater calm within us. Before breakfast, you'll share an initial meditation and a few yoga movements to gently awaken the body. Breakfast is served on the terrace in summer. Your morning continues with a gentle meditative yoga session. This yoga is accessible to all ages and levels of practice. No flexibility or contortion required. In the afternoon, immerse yourself in nature with a beautiful hike to La Roche des Fées, punctuated by a meditation and a bit of yoga to stay in the present moment and take advantage of this weekend to discover simple practices for releasing mental and physical tension.
Sunday will be punctuated by a gourmet brunch, preceded by meditation and a full yoga session, where gentleness will once again be the order of the day. This yoga allows deep relaxation, and includes breath work to promote cardiac coherence.
After brunch, enjoy a massage for an even deeper moment of well-being.
You'll finish this wellness weekend with a hike for a final moment of shared relaxation in nature, followed by a workshop debriefing where everyone will be free to share their experiences and impressions.
