Sports and Games Cross Training session
A fun, friendly way of practising physical activity in a simple, effective way.Using bodyweight or small equipment, you can (re)-learn how to use your body in space, without danger for everyone, whatever your level of fitness or age.Exercises are designed and adapted to preserve the physical integrity of participants, whether beginners or advanced, enabling them to strengthen their bodies while harmoniously accompanying their progress and limiting the risk of injury.The movements practised are functional and correspond to general physical preparation.The rebalancing of the muscular chain is THE basic work of the cross-training session.
