This Sunday, October 13th, from 10am to 18pm, the charming village of Dieffenbach-au-Val will be buzzing with the 30th edition of the Büremarik, a farmers' market that has become a must-attend event in the Villé Valley! Organized by the Rund Um association, this event celebrates the richness of mountain agricultural products and creates a unique connection between local producers and visitors, in an authentic and friendly atmosphere.
A wide variety of producers and products
This year, for its 30th edition, nearly 50 exhibitors will be present, offering visitors a wide range of products: cured meats, fruits, vegetables, honey, sweets, cheeses, and much more. As Mr. Ernst, president of the Rund Um association, explains, the Büremarik aims to “connect producers directly with consumers,” for an experience based on proximity and transparency.
A growing interest in the Büremarik
Over the years, the Büremarik has attracted an ever-growing audience. This anniversary edition could draw up to 5,000 visitors, weather permitting. This success is based on a rigorous selection of exhibitors, limited to 60 local producers located within a 30 km radius. As a result, product diversity and quality remain central to the event.
Activities and exhibitions: an immersion in the local culture
The Büremarik is also an immersion in local traditions and nature. This year, the Rund Um association is offering a mushroom exhibition, presented by a group of local enthusiasts, as well as a themed exhibition on medicinal plants, wild plants, and berries. Children can enjoy wooden games.
Conviviality at the heart of the event
For those with a small or large appetite, lunch will be available, with a refreshment stand open throughout the day. This event is also the result of a wonderful collaboration between the Rund Um association, the municipality of Dieffenbach, and the Vallée de Villé inter-municipal council, supported by a team of 60 dedicated volunteers who have worked hard to make this day a true celebration.
