At the Villé Valley Tourist Office, a close-knit and passionate team works every day to promote the region. The team puts its energy, creativity, and welcoming spirit at the service of residents, visitors, and partners. Together, they bring the Villé Valley to life with enthusiasm and authenticity!

Fanny

Fanny Schaeffer, President

She is the representative of the Office and ensures the smooth running of the association. She organizes meetings and leads discussions (board of directors, general assembly).
Fanny is an outdoor enthusiast; you can hear her infectious laughter at events in the Villé Valley!

Audrey

Audrey Jehl, Director

She is in charge of strategic policy, relations with local and regional institutions, press relations, economic development, and personnel and budget management. Audrey coordinates the entire organization. She is passionate about the Villé Valley and never short of ideas for its development!
Christelle

Christelle Roos, network facilitator

She is responsible for partner relations, monitoring quality procedures, the website and regional database (the LEI), digital marketing, and summer events. Christelle creates connections between you and us! She's a true epicurean, and you'll most likely find her at a local restaurant or distillery!
Pauline

Pauline Rinaldo, Project & Communication Manager

She is in charge of visual communication, the Instagram network, graphic design for publications, innovative projects related to the FabLab, and the development of the shop. Pauline showcases the destination across our various media. She is a true artist, passionate about architecture, and the team's activist!
Lou

Lou Lefrançois, tourism advisor

She is in charge of the reception area, the blog and the TikTok network, updating the regional database (the LEI), the GRC Alsace, roaming and outdoor activities.
Lou loves exploring the valley's new attractions. You might spot her on a hiking trail or in a village, phone in hand!
